Paul H Spence II became an Independent Agent in 1996. From there, Spence Insurance, LLC evolved as a family owned and operated Insurance Agency. We provide health and life insurance to our clients. We are located in North Port, FL serving 19 states and growing. We pride ourselves on prompt, reliable service. Our principals are Paul and Colleen Spence. Paul is a certified Medicare Scholar facilitator. Colleen joined the company in 2020 after a career as a hairdresser for 20 plus years. There are two agent managers Paul H Spence III and Kevin W Newland JR. Paul III manages the Northen Team from Tennessee, and Kevin manages the Southern Team from North Port FL. We have grown over the years having agents in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. Together we provide our clients a unique perspective on their health insurance needs and objective solutions. As independent agents, we represent many of the major insurance companies. Our clients do not pay for our services, we are compensated by the insurance companies we represent. Our clients pay the same premium by utilizing our agency as they would if they went directly to the insurance company.Â
What’s our philosophy? We believe in educating our clients about the options they have. We do this by getting to know their specific situation and then recommending a solution that’s best suited for them. It’s then up to the client to decide. In short, we educate, and our clients decide what’s best for them.
Advocacy: Our clients benefit from having a local independent agent. We often serve as a resource for our clients and an advocate when needed. We can assist in problem solving quickly and effectively throughout the year for our clients.
